tapered ebonite handle on off-set circular drive plate, ribbed brass foot, “spitfire” finish alloy shallow cored drum with jewelled spindle bearing and spring release latch, black painted frame with ivorine rim mounted casting trigger, milled tension regulator screw and rear ivorine quadrant weight indicator, only light wear from normal use and in Hardy card box, a rarely seen model, circa 1940 (see illustration)                                                                                                £800-1200
