including a superb collection of 302 fully dressed gut eyed salmon flies, various sizes up to 8/0 and patterns including Jock Scott, Nicholson, Durham Ranger, Childers, Silver Wilkinson, Black Doctor, Silver Doctor et al, mostly in unused condition and including a small number of doubles, the case with lower japanned metal fly section, fitted nickel silver spring clips and holding seven further drop-in fly trays (one lidded) which houses the fly collection, a further upper lift-out leather tackle tray holding a collection of various baits, mounts and flights, three Farlow japanned lure cases, wallets, Farlow Fosseline Dry Fly dressing, in card box and other items, outer case with brass hasp lock, twin locking straps, wrap-around strap a.f. and swing handle a.f. (strap parts contained within case), stamped makers 45 Jermyn St. address details and top with applied brass name plate engraved “Major J.A.
