the two half block model fish naturalistically painted and with relief fins, one mounted to dexter and one to sinister within a bamboo edged wooden framed glazed display case with green rippled opaque green glass back panel, giving the effect of the fish being “in-river”, internal ivorine legend plaque “ Clean Salmon, Male 8lbs. Milts 1¼ozs., Female 7 ½lbs. Roes 1¼ ozs., Caught by J.E. with Fly in Teviot, March 29th 1906”, case base with applied paper “The Jungle” trade label, framed loose to upper right corner and right hand bamboo upright strip missing, 36” x 26 ½” x 6 ½” overall (see illustration) £3000-5000
