Fishing Tackle Auctions
Our fishing tackle auctions are held twice yearly, in the Spring and Autumn (Fall.) Our auctions contain the finest reels, rods, cased and trophy fish, art, books, manuscripts and catalogues on offer anywhere. We sell items into more than thirty countries worldwide and pride ourselves on the accuracy of our catalogue descriptions. To help you with your bidding we will attempt to illustrate as many lots as possible on this website, if you require further details just please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Buying:
We make buying at auction as simple as possible; our Buyers Premium charge is 18% + VAT on the Hammer Price of all lots purchased via commissions/telephone bids. Please note: From April 1st 2023 there is an additional 2% + VAT charge for using our online bidding platform, so the Buyers Premium charge will increase to 20%+VAT for this service Leaving commission bids or booking a telephone line to bid live into the saleroom is also offered as a free service.
Selling:
We offer highly competitive rates for selling whether it is an individual item or a complete collection. Our standard rate of commission is 12.5% with no additional “hidden” charges.
